​Cancellation Policy
48-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations after 48 hours or no-show deposits will be forfeited.

Lateness Policy
I strive to start clients on time. Clients must also be on time to keep all appointments flowing.
To respect the time and schedule of all our clients, your appointment will be rescheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and your appointment needs to be rescheduled, your deposit will be forfeited.
Detangling Fee
I love helping women reach their hair goals by identifying problems and offering solutions. Please let me know if your hair requires extra time and attention. Schedule "Help Me Detangle" as an add-on service when scheduling your online appointment.

There is a $35.00 fee for every thirty minutes it takes to detangle your hair.

Your hair should be free from styles that take extra time to take down, such as hair extensions, braids, and twists. I do not remove protective hairstyles, braids, hair extensions, or twists.

Service Tax and Retail Tax:
Because we operate as an S-Corporation, we must charge 4.5% sales tax on services and 8.875% on retail products. The Internal Revenue Service requires this.

Prices of services increase to $15 from the starting price based on the length and density of your hair.

Reschedule Your Appointment On Vagaro:
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment using your Vagaro account. Your deposit will go toward your new appointment as long as you reschedule 48 hours before your appointment.

Log in to your Vagaro account using the app or website.

Go to Appointments and select Reschedule on the Upcoming tab.

Choose a new date and time for your service.

Complete the rescheduling process.
